History

Founded in 2018 by Peter Faerber – an experienced Disability Evaluation System (DES) attorney, Judge Advocate (JAG), and Lieutenant Colonel with 28 years of service in the US Marine Corps – the Warriors' Lawyer is the only certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with an exclusive focus on protecting the rights and entitlements of injured service members and fixing the DoD’s broken DES.

Mission

The Warriors' Lawyer fights to ensure  wounded, ill, or injured Service Members and Veterans are afforded their full rights to determination and appeal within the DoD’s DES – at absolutely NO COST!

Create a culture and system that guarantees our nation’s heroes are taken care of – commensurate to their sacrifice on our behalf.
